The office building, located not far from the BMW Research and Innovation Centre, was built in 2002. The spacious lobby extends over all 3 floors. The building is accessed via 2 stairwells, each with a lift.

The ground floor areas can be converted into hybrid R&D areas with a higher floor load-bearing capacity. The two units on the top floor each have a large roof terrace (540 m² and 336 m² which are not yet included in the rental space on the 3rd floor). The office spaces are divided according to the tenants wishes. They are equipped with lighting, cavity flooring, carpeting and external electric sun protection. Parking spaces can be rented in the buildings own underground car park. Lockable bicycle parking spaces are available.
